Your WhatsApp chats are your order book. Let the sloth read them.
Small shops sell through chat. SlothTill turns a day of messy order messages into a clean order list, replies you can paste back, and a closing-time recap, using open-weight models you can swap or run yourself.

Model & endpoint
Your key and chats go straight from this browser to the endpoint you pick. There is no SlothTill server. No key? Run the sample: it replays a real recorded run.

How it works
Code does what code is good at. The model only does the reading.
- Parse · plain code splits the WhatsApp export into messages (Android and iOS formats, multi-line messages, media placeholders dropped).
- Read · an open-weight model gets the shop's catalog, an Indonesian slang cheat sheet, and one chat at a time, and returns JSON: orders, changes, cancellations, payments, open questions, and a reply in the customer's own language.
- Verify · code prices every order from the catalog (the model never does math), repairs abbreviated product codes, and removes a "paid" flag unless that customer actually said they paid.
- Nap · free and self-hosted endpoints get busy. SlothTill backs off and retries instead of failing.
- Close the shop · revenue, unpaid customers, best sellers and low stock, printed like a till receipt.
Prefer it overnight? The same core runs as a CLI on a cron job: node cli/slothtill.mjs ~/exports --out ~/morning
